Dev Khare, Parter at Lightspeed shares his thoughts on the future of work:
Managed labor marketplaces are a successful business model that emerged during the pandemic, combining global talent sourcing, SaaS, and enterprise sales. These marketplaces provide a solution for companies that want to change their teams easily without fixed long-term contracts or sacrificing project management and accountability for final deliverables
Managed labor marketplaces are vertical-focused, mid-stack business models that provide specific services, such as interview-as-a-service, content-production-as-a-service, or analytics-as-a-service
To be successful, managed labor marketplaces should offer better solutions for low-NPS experiences, use AI and automation to improve workflows, help larger enterprises with a variety of needs, and find and offer highly skilled workers
India has a potential talent advantage for these marketplaces due to its large, young workforce, high English proficiency, and existing IT services and BPOs

For any SaaS company to have a grip on its quotas, it is imperative to understand its pipeline & its movement.
